We are a pure vegetarian, homestyle B&B based in Hemel Hempstead. Run by Sarah and David we are conveniently located close to the M1 and M25 for travel to and from London and surrounding areas. There is a rail link with Euston station and a very economical Green line Bus service every hour into central London.
Rates - ?25 per person per night, ?30 for Single occupancy. Prices include continental breakfast. Discounted rate for all staying 7+ nights. A tasty 3 course evening meal may be available if booked in advance @ ?10.00 per person. Toiletries contain no animal products and are cruelty-free. All food is Vegetarian or Vegan from organic sources where possible. Broadband internet available. How to find us... by road: From M1/M25 Leave the M25 at Junction 21 for the M1 North. Leave the M1 at Junction 8 for Hemel Hempstead (A4147). As you come off the Motorway, go over the first roundabout. At second roundabout, turn right into Maylands Avenue (this is an industrial area, lots of offices etc). Stay on Maylands Avenue all the way to the end, where you get to another roundabout, turn left, up the slope for about 300 meters, where there is another roundabout - turn right (this is called Redbourn Rd). Follow road past 'Sky Ford' and you get to a roundabout (nearly there!) Go straight over, into the Grovehill estate, go over two mini-roundabouts, you will pass a school on the left-hand side, and take the first left into The Dee. We are just up on the right hand side, No.24. By train: we are situated three miles from Hemel Hempstead Station, which is on the main line from Birmingham to London Euston. If you're in no hurry and want to take the Bus, take the No.2 or 3 to Washington Avenue, call us and we'll talk you in. By coach: there is an (almost) hourly service from London Victoria, which also stops at Oxford Street, Marble Arch, Baker Street, Finchley Rd. and Brent Cross, which only costs ?7 for a day return.
